Automate emailing of PDF receipts from ShelterBuddy

ShelterBuddy can now automatically send adoption receipts (and contracts) to adopters. This feature is turned off by default for a site. This process is dependent on the PDF generation being enabled for adoption receipts.
When enabled for your site, the feature will pick up any receipts that match the following conditions:

The receipt type (e.g., Adoption) has been set up for emailing, and the receipt was added after the date/time specified during setup.

No email has been sent previously for the receipt (we do not send emails each time the receipt is updated)

The corresponding PDF document/s have been successfully generated
Emails are sent to the primary email address of the person attached to the receipt (e.g., the adopter). If no email address can be found, the email will fail to send.
The feature uses the same email templates as the manual email system, both body and subject sourced from Templated Documents.
