Add, Edit, Delete Shelter Locations

This process updates the Shelter Location drop down list that is linked to the Shelter Location fields on the animal details and animal search pages. 

You require access to the Administration menu to process this function.

• From the nav bar, click the Administration link in the Modules menu. 
• Click on the Edit Drop Down Lists

To Add a shelter location:

• Locate the Shelter Location

• Click on the Add link to add a new shelter location. This will generate a popup window.

• Physical Location: click on the down arrow to select the physical location the shelter location is to be listed under.

• Shelter Location: enter the shelter location.

• Click Add Shelter Location. The popup window will disappear.

To Edit a shelter location:

• Locate the Shelter Location

• Click on the Edit link to edit an existing shelter location. This will generate a popup window.

• Physical Location: click on the down arrow to select the physical location the shelter location is listed under.

• Shelter Location: click on the down arrow to select the shelter location to be altered.

• New Shelter Location Name: enter the new / correct shelter location.

• Click Edit Shelter Location. The popup window will disappear.

To Delete a shelter location:

• Locate the Shelter Location

• Click on the Delete link to delete an existing shelter location. This will generate a popup window.

• Physical Location: click on the down arrow to select the physical location the shelter location is listed under.

• Shelter Location: click on the down arrow to select the shelter location to be deleted.

• Click Delete Shelter Location. Click   The popup window will disappear.
